Working with members of a team individually or collectively can have a significant impact on performance and team culture.
I work with teams in a variety of ways including:
- Facilitating workshops with entire teams on topics including creativity and innovation, influencing, aiming high and team culture
- Working with leadership teams through regular group and individual coaching sessions to create a cohesive team and strong leadership
- Leading inspiring away days
- Working with leaders specifically on culture, values and purpose
